Casual As Usual

Hi guys! Hope you guys had a great Christmas and that you got to spend some time with family!

Some good news! I have the most amazing family and I received a new camera for Christmas and now I’m no longer camera-less! Which means I can get back to taking better quality photos! (yay no more crappy pictures!)

So today’s outfit is a casual outfit for fall weather! I received this really great sweater from my brother for Christmas and I wanted to work my outfit around it. It’s a really nice earth tone which is perfect for fall, but I like to add some color to my outfits so I paired it with these mint pants. It gives the whole outfit a nice pop of color to it and brightens up the whole look. I kept the rest of the outfit neutral tones so that there wasn’t too much going on.

This would be a perfect outfit for really any occasion. I’m all about casual but cute outfits because let’s be honest, most days we don’t get dolled up when we go around doing our everyday tasks, but we still want to look cute.

Maroon Touch

Hey guys!
Happy Sunday! I hope you're all relaxing and having a great weekend and that you already finished your Christmas shopping.

Today's look is all about the perfect color for fall and winter. Maroon! It's one of my favorite colors during the colder seasons because it's such a classy color that's bright enough to bring a pop to your outfit but at the same time it's not crazy vibrant.

This is a casual look that could be worn everyday but it's also dressy enough to wear to a nice dinner. If you wanna dress it down then you could also wear flat boots with it for a more casual look. I absolutely love this sweater because it has such a great shape to it. I'm all about semi-baggy sweaters during this season.

What's All The Fuzz About

Hey guys!
To all my northern California readers, I hope you’re being safe during this storm!

Today’s look is a warm and cozy winter look that’s glammed up a little bit with some dark lipstick. Lately I’ve been really into darker shades of lips. It’s perfect for fall/winter and it gives my outfits a classy touch which I love. The con is that it makes me look like a vampire due to how pale I am but I choose to ignore that bit.

This cozy sweater (yes it’s as soft as it looks) is perfect for winter because not only is it soft but it’s super warm as well. I’m into baggy sweaters during fall and winter because I feel like I’m walking around in a blanket. I try to pair it with skinny jeans or tights though so the whole outfit doesn’t look too baggy.

About A Dress

Hey guys!
So this post was an absolute struggle to get ready so bare with me. My sister can't find her camera which means I have to use my mom's digital camera until I can get a camera for myself. So sorry about the bad quality of the photos! I'll be buying a camera soon!

On top of my camera struggles it was raining which meant my straight hair poofed up the moment I stepped outside. Which is why my hair looks a little frizzy. (so. many. struggles.)

BUT! All of that aside, the post is now available. This look was what I wore for my office party last night! I needed an outfit that was work appropriate but still cute, and I knew that this dress would do the job. It's simple but has the great patterning around the waste. It's a perfect outfit for a nice dinner or for an event that's cocktail attire.

Every girl needs a little black dress that can go from casual to fancy, and this is a perfect dress for that. You can dress it up with a big necklace or you could dress it down with boots and a scarf.

Leather For This Weather

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
I hope that you’re all spending today with those you love, and that you’re stuffing your face with some amazing food. I’m writing this up quickly before I start cooking for the day, so wish me luck!

It seems that California is beginning to run out of the beautiful sunny days and everyday is getting colder and colder. Bur fear not! Today’s look features a leather jacket which is an absolute essential for the upcoming cold days. Not only are leather jackets super fashionable, they keep you nice and warm which is essential for fall/winter.

I paired the leather jacket with this cute flower print dress to make the look a little softer and feminine. I like to pair big leather jackets with feminine pieces to give it that contrast. You can still wear dresses during fall/winter! Just make sure to adjust accordingly by adding winter pieces!

Crop It Like It's Hot

Hey guys!

Yes, I know crop tops are for summer, and I know I’m breaking the rules by wearing one in late November. BUT! I’m gonna do it anyways.  Sorry not sorry.

This outfit is perfect for hitting the bars or going out on a cold November night. Wearing the coat and tights definitely makes the outfit work for colder weather. The crop top is also an Aztec print which works really well for fall fashion.

Whenever I want to wear shorts during winter I just throw on some tights underneath it. It works out perfectly because not only is it warmer, it looks fashionable and super cute.
